When will my order be ready?
Orders placed Monday through Wednesday will be ready in one (1) business day, with the exception of very large orders.
Orders placed Thursday through Sunday will be ready the following Monday.
What if I need it faster?
If you have a rush order, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please contact us with details.
How do I heat press my transfers?
All heat presses are different, but we recommend starting at 300 degrees for 10 seconds, peeling hot, and then repressing for another 6-8 seconds.
Adjust as needed based on your fabric and the performance of your heat press.
How small can you print?
Free-floating lines should be 1 pt (0.35 mm) at minimum.
Don't forget to check your line weight before ordering.
Can you print gradients?
Gradients print best when they have a background. For best results, avoid gradients that fade into transparency.
Without intricate art settings, transparent gradients will print as a white halo.
